Vehicle Towing-Away Services – Towing Services And Other Additional Breakdown Services For Buses And Vehicles Weighing Less Than Or Equal To 3.5 Tonnes. This Consultation Concerns The Towing Services Of Buses As Well As All Service Vehicles Whose Weight Is Less Than Or Equal To 3.5 Tonnes, From Tisseo Voyageurs. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With A Maximum Order Threshold Split Into 2 Lots In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 4 Years From 04/10/2026 Or Its Date Of Notification If This Is Later And Renewable Twice Per Period Of 12 Months. Maximum Order Threshold For The Initial Period: 1,310,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat For Each Renewal Period: 327,000 Euro(S) The Quantities Estimated At The Bpu/Dqe Correspond To An Estimated Annual Average Order. These Are Given As An Indication To Allow Candidates To Size Their Offer And Allow Tisséo To Compare The Offers Received. These Quantities Cannot Be Used Against Tisséo As An Order Commitment. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices
