Engineering Services – Design And Approval Planning For The Construction And Operation Of A Waste Treatment Plant (Biomass Center) For Biological Waste At The Hennickendorf Site. Planning A Functional Biowaste Fermentation And Composting Plant For Biological Waste Including The Associated System Technology, The Collection And Treatment Of Exhaust Air, Other Ancillary Trades Such As Media Supply And Removal, Access Logistics Using The Existing Traffic Areas And The Locations Infrastructure According To The State Of The Art. This Planning Essentially Refers To The Design And Approval Planning Service Phases (Lph 03-04), Based On The Hoai 2021. The Project Also Includes The Planning Of The Media Connections Required For All Configurations For Water (Including Fire Water), Wastewater, Rain And Surface Water As Well As The Connection Of The Electrical Supply And It. All Applicable Laws, Regulations, Technical Rules, Regulations (Such As Those Of The Professional Associations And Occupational Safety), Guidelines, Din En Standards, Valid Wastewater Statutes And Recommendations Of The Relevant Associations Must Be Adhered To Or Taken Into Account. The Aim Is To Further Develop The Current Status Of Basic Determination And Preliminary Planning (Lph 01-02) Through Draft Planning (Lph 03) To Readiness For Approval In Accordance With The Building Law Requirements (Lph 04). The Results Obtained Serve As The Basis For The Execution Planning Of A General Contractor. This Includes The Services Of The Service Profile § 43 Engineering Structures (Object Planning) As Well As Those Of The Specialist Planning For The Technical Equipment (§ 55) And The Supporting Structure (§ 51) In Conjunction With The Associated Systems (Hoai). This Service Is Subject To Unilateral, Optional Commissioning By The Client. This Means That The Client Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option After Receiving The Approval Notice, I.E. An Order Is Only Made Through A Separate Unilateral Declaration Of Intent By The Client And Is Not Automatically Part Of The Contractually Owed Services From The Main Order. The Prerequisite For Commissioning The Service Is The Approval Of The Clients Committees.
