Stib Is Looking For Service Providers To Carry Out Various Missions Related To Internal Audit, At The Request Of The Internal Audit Service (Ai-Stib). These Are Assurance Missions, Advisory Missions And Missions Linked To The Whistleblower Process. A. Assurance Missions The Objective Of These Missions Is To Provide Independent And Objective Assurance On The Degree Of Risk Control, By Evaluating The Design And Effectiveness Of The Internal Control System. These Missions: • Will Mainly Concern The Following Themes (= Essential Themes): O Governance (Rules, Practices, Processes, Control Of Cross-Cutting Subjects), Including In Particular Information Governance, Risk Governance, Project Governance, Etc. ; O Projects (Except Software Development Projects), Including In Particular The Analysis Of Alignment With Corporate Governance And Control Of Objectives, Deadlines, Costs, Quality, Changes, Risks, Etc. ; O It, Including In Particular Software Development And Cybersecurity-Type Subjects (E.G.: Application Lifecycle Management, Identity Access Management (Physical And Non-Physical), Vulnerability & Network, Business Continuity Management & Recovery, Data Protection); O Human Resources, Including In Particular The Processes Of Payroll, Remuneration, In/On Boarding & Internal Movement, Compensation & Benefits, Time Management, Learning & Development, Etc. ; O Finance & Services, Including Purchasing, Logistics, Real Estate, Legal And Insurance; O Fraud; • But May Also Extend To The Following Themes (= Optional Themes): O Safety & Health Safety; O The Environment. To Do This, The Service Provider Must Provide The Stib With Competent Personnel In The Field Concerned And Work According To The Methodology And Templates Of The Internal Audit Service (Ai-Stib), Which Are Based On The International Standards For The Professional Practice Of Internal Audit Of The Iia (Institute Of Internal Auditing). B. Advisory Missions The Objective Of This Type Of Mission Is To Formulate Opinions And Recommendations To Strengthen Internal Control, Risk Management And Improve Existing Systems And Processes Or Those To Be Developed. To Do This, The Service Provider Must Provide The Stib With Competent Personnel In The Field Concerned And Work According To The Methodology And Templates Of The Internal Audit Service (Ai-Stib), Which Are Based On The International Standards For The Professional Practice Of Internal Audit Of The Iia (Institute Of Internal Auditing). Missions Arising From The Whistleblower Process The Objective Is To Carry Out Investigations Following Reports Made By Whistleblowers Concerning Suspected Breaches Of Integrity And To Issue A Report Mentioning The Findings,
