Tenders Are Invited For Supply And Delivery Of Frozen Vegetables And Frozen Fish

Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Frozen Vegetables and Frozen Fish (Beirut & Mount Lebanon). This tender concerns the supply, packaging, and delivery of frozen vegetables and frozen fish to support the preparation and distribution of daily meals for vulnerable populations in Beirut and Mount Lebanon. The procurement is implemented by Beit el Baraka (BeB) under the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF) Emergency Food Response Project and aims to ensure timely access to safe, nutritious, and high-quality food items for beneficiaries affected by the ongoing socio-economic crisis. The tender is structured as a single lot covering all required items. Bidders must submit offers for the full scope of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Partial offers shall not be accepted and may lead to disqualification. The selected supplier shall enter into a fixed-term supply contract with Beit el Baraka. Deliveries shall be requested and scheduled in line with the operational meal production plan over the contract period. All items must comply with Annex VI - BOQ and Annex VII - Technical Specifications and Compliance Notes, together with applicable food safety and quality standards. The contractor shall ensure product quality, consistency, proper cold chain management, and timely delivery to designated locations in Beirut and Mount Lebanon. The contract shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of contract signature. The implementation period is expected to start on or around 1 May 2026 and end no later than 29 June 2026. During this period, the contractor shall ensure the continuous supply and delivery of the required items in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule. Deliveries are expected every two (2) days unless otherwise instructed by Beit el Baraka. Beit el Baraka reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules and indicative quantities in line with operational needs.
