Security Software Package – Provision, Implementation And Integration Of A Comprehensive It Security Solution (Edr, Xdr, Mdr) Including Support Services From A Security Operations Center (Soc). The Subject Of The Order Is The Transfer Of Use, Implementation And Integration Of A Comprehensive Security Software Solution For An It Environment Of 1,400 End Devices (Clients/Servers) And 2,500 Ad Users Consisting Of The Following Functional Core Services: - Endpoint Detection And Response (Edr) - Extended Detection And Response (Xdr) - Managed Detection And Response (Mdr) - Risk And Vulnerability Management - Patch Management - Hard Drive Encryption Based On The Above Software Solution And It Environment Services Continue To Be Provided By A Professional Security Operations Center (Soc). The Project Implementation Is Planned Until September 30, 2026. At Least The Go-Live Operation Of Endpoint Protection & Response (Edr) Must Be Ensured By The Aforementioned Date. The Future Contractor Is Responsible For Implementing The Project In Accordance With The Contract And On Time. The Clients Administrators Must Be Trained To Impart Knowledge About The Safe Administration Of The Software Solution. The Holistic Software Solution With Mdr/Soc Services With The Same Term Is To Be Made Available To The Client For Use Over A Minimum Contract Term Of 3 Years With The Option Of A One-Time Extension For Another Year.
