The Purpose Of This Procurement Procedure Is In Accordance With § 130 Et Seq. Zzvz Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Supplier, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Negotiation Of A Framework Agreement That Establishes The Contractual Conditions For The Fulfillment Of Partial Contracts For The Continuous Provision Of The Creation Of Application Units In The Esri Arcgis Online, Arcgis Enterprise Environment, The Administration Of These Systems, Including The Management And Maintenance Of Data, The Partial Processing Of Gis Analyzes And The Creation Of Cartographic, Analytical And Presentation Outputs, According To The Current Needs Of The Client. The Following Is A List Of Currently Planned And Implemented Projects For Which Sub-Orders (Sub-Contracts) Entered On The Basis Of The Concluded Framework Agreement Will Be Implemented. However, These Projects May Change Over Time: - Npžp: Development Of The National Nature Protection Information System (Isop) 2026-2030 - Monitoring Changes In The Landscape - Comprehensive Solution To Landscape Fragmentation. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of Four (4) Years From The Date Of Validity And Effectiveness Of The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Will Award Individual Partial Performance (Partial Public Contracts) On The Basis Of And In The Course Of The Concluded Framework Agreement, In The Manner Specified In The Framework Agreement, At The Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Needs. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Draw Performance From The Framework Agreement. The Exact Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, The Specifications Of The Existing Systems And Other Requirements And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of Performance Are Specified In Detail In The Appendices Of This Procurement Documentation, In Particular In Appendix No. 3 Zd – Business Terms And Conditions – Draft Framework Agreement, In Appendix No. 5 Zd – List Of Esri Product And User Accounts (Non-Public Appendix) And In Appendix No. 6 Zd – Technical Support Parameters.
