Construction Work – Revitalization Of Zlín Castle - Stage 1 Underground Extension. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Realization Of The Underground Extension Of The Castle, Which Is Located On The Northwest Side Of The Building. The Underground Extension Is Designed Outside The Existing Built-Up Areas Of The Castle. This Extension Will Be Connected To The Existing Basement Space From Both Sides Through Newly Created Openings In The Perimeter Masonry. In The Premises Of The Underground Extension, There Will Be Spaces For The Location Of The Lock Technology (Exchange Station, Lv Substation, Rooms For Placing Ups And Rack) And Facilities For Gastro Operations (Dressing Rooms With Hygienic Facilities, Areas For The Preparation And Storage Of Vegetables, Refrigerated Food Preparation Room And Dry Food Storage). In Addition, The Premises For The Organization Živý Zlín (Dressing Room, Hygiene Areas, Warehouse) Are Being Dealt With In The Basement. In The Area Of The Underground Building, Spaces Are Also Designed For Storing Waste Both From The Operation Of The Gas Station And From The Operation Of The Entire Castle. A Supply Platform Is Designed Here For Catering Needs Or For Balancing Trash Cans, Etc. Access To The Underground Extension Is Provided Directly From The Cellars Of The Castle, And An Escape Exit From These Areas To The Public Area Is Also Designed, Which Opens Roughly Halfway Down The Slope Of Sadu Svobody.
