Parking Lot Construction Work – Construction Of A Secure Parking Lot For Trucks. The Purpose Of The Public Works Contract Is The Construction Of A Secure Parking Lot For Trucks At The Southwest End Of The Runway, Along Rue De L’Aéroport (N630c). The Contract Is Subdivided Into A Firm Phase And Two Conditional Phases Firm Phase The Firm Phase Will Include Work Relating To The Entrance Zone (Access Road Zone), The Truck Parking And The Trailer Parking. Conditional Phase N°1 The Project Provides For A First Conditional Phase Which Consists Of The Widening Of The Trailer Parking Lot By Occupying Part Of The Cadastral Plot Adjacent To The North-East Of The Project. The Said Plot Concerned Being Categorized As A “Fishing” Zone Within The Soil State Data Bank (Bdes) In Terms Of Soil Pollution, A Requalification Procedure With The Das Is In Progress, And A Request For Exemption Has Been Submitted. The Work Is Placed In A Conditional Phase. This Conditional Phase Provides For Few New Developments, But Larger Quantities Of Asphalt, Concrete And Linear Elements Than The Firm Phase. This Development Also Involves Moving The Airport Fence. This Phase Provides For The Addition Of Approximately 20 Trailer Parking Spaces. Conditional Phase No. 2 The Project Provides For A Second Conditional Phase Which Consists Of The Addition Of Charging Stations In The Truck Parking Lot. Ten Slow Charging Stations Are Provided In The Truck Parking Lot. This Section Also Includes The Cables To Be Provided For The Installation Of Its Terminals. The Input Boxes Are Included In The Firm Portion And Also Cover The Needs Of The Terminals. Its Implementation Will Depend On The Capacity Of The Electricity Network To Power These Terminals.
