The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of An Architectural Concept And Complete Multi-Disciplinary Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Demolition Of The Existing Building, The So-Called Harcówka And Construction Of A New Building Of The Mogilno Cultural Center In Mogilno, Along With Obtaining An Administrative Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works (Plot No. 332, Mogilno District, Mogilno Commune),2) Obtaining Maps And Other Necessary Geodetic Studies,3) Obtaining, If Necessary, Technical Conditions For Connections To The Water Supply Network, Sanitary Sewage System, Electricity, And Rainwater Drainage System,4) Obtaining A Valid And Final Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, 5) Obtaining Sanitary And Fire Protection Opinions. (If The Scope Of The Project And Legal Provisions In This Regard Require It), 6) Obtaining Other Necessary Consents, Permits, Opinions, Decisions, Etc. Necessary To Obtain A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works, 7) Obtaining A Decision To Cut Down Trees And Shrubs (If Necessary), 8) Preparing Bills Of Quantities And Preparing Investor Cost Estimates For Individual Industries, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021 On The Determination Of Methods And The Basis For Preparing An Investor Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2458).9) Preparing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 10) Conducting The Necessary Geotechnical Research And Preparing Relevant Documentation, Including Studies And Expert Opinions Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order,11) Obtaining An Environmental Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Conditions For Consent To The Implementation Of The Project (If Required),12) Exercising Comprehensive Authors Supervision In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation.2.
