The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Gate Monument In The Scope Of The Structure Of The Facility And The Surrounding Area Along With Installations Constituting The Monument Located On The Premises Of The State Museum At Majdanek In Lublin At Ul. Dr. Martyrs Of Majdanek 67.2. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works: A) Fencing The Area, B) Construction Of Hardened Landfills And Access Roads, C) Construction Of Electrical Installations, D) Construction Of Scaffolding And Security, E) Cleaning Of The Interior Of The Monument.2) Renovation And Repair Works Of The Monuments Structure: A) Renovation Of The Interior Of The Facility, B) Renovation Carried Out From The Outside.3) Renovation And Repair Works Of The Surroundings Of The Monument: A) Renovation Of Concrete Slabs Of Pedestrian Routes, B) Renovation Floor Of The Ravine In Front Of The Monument, C) Renovation Of The Ceiling Of The Electrical Switchboard, D) Renovation Of The Drainage Of Pedestrian Routes, E) Renovation Of The Surface On The Monument Hill, F) Renovation Of Protective Strips Of Stones, G) Renovation Of Openwork Sidewalks Made Of Granite Slabs, H) Renovation Of Gravel Surfaces, I) Renovation Of Concrete Benches, J) Renovation Of Retaining Walls On The Hill Of The Monument, K) Renovation Of Concrete And Stone Stairs, L) Renovation Of The Entrance, M) Installation Electrical And Telecommunications,N) Cleaning And Development Of The Area.3. The Gate Monument Is Located On The Premises Of The State Museum At Majdanek At Ul. Droga Męczenników Majdanka 67 In Lublin, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under Number A/1029 And Is Protected By Conservation Services. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Scope Of The Area Available For Construction Purposes Will Be Determined With The Contractor At The Stage Of Handing Over The Construction Site.4.
