1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of Street Lighting In Gdańsk As Part Of The Brighter Gdańsk Edition 2026 Stage Ii Program.2. The Material Scope Of The Works Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, Including In Particular The Elements Listed Below: 1) Part No. 1 - Construction Of Street Lighting In Gdańsk: Ul. Miechucińska, Ul. Brodnicka: A) Construction Of A Lighting Cable Line With Hoop Iron; B) Execution Of Jacking And Drilling; C) Installation Of Lighting Poles With Foundations; D) Installation Of Lighting Fixtures With An Led Light Source; E) Installation Of Lighting Cabinets Where Required By The Design; F) Retrofitting Lighting Cabinets With Equipment With Increased Power Where Required By The Design; G) Disassembly Of Poles, Booms, Fixtures, Etc. Where It Results From The Design;H) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Greenery And Restoring Them To Their Original Condition;I) Demolition Of Hardened Surfaces And Restoring Them To Their Original State, Where It Results From The Design;J) Control And Measurement Works And Power Supply Of The Designed Line. Moreover, If In Order To Perform Construction Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order It Will Be Necessary To Perform Other Works, Activities Or Obtain Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Works And Activities And Obtain The Necessary Permits At His Own Expense And Effort.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7.1 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8.1 To The Swz.
