Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Acoustic Panels And Damping Mats

Part A - Delivery And Installation Of Acoustic Panels Along With The Implementation Of An Acoustic Adaptation Project - Rooms: H-1.4, H-1.7, H-1.8:1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Acoustic Panels, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Materials. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Unused, Come From Current Production (I.E. Produced No Earlier Than In 2025), And Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Purchase Of Materials Along With Transport, Delivery, Unloading, Bringing Them To The Ordering Partys Premises And Their Assembly. Assembly Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Materials, Taking Into Account Their Adaptation To The Rooms In Which They Will Be Used And To The Elements Located In These Rooms. Assembly Will Consist In Particular In Setting Or Leveling Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order And Attaching Them. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Carrying Out Preliminary Measurements, Developing An Acoustic Adaptation Project And Carrying Out Acceptance Measurements In Order To Confirm Compliance With Industry Requirements For The Rooms (In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Swz); B) Providing A Quality Guarantee For The Offered Materials And For The Assembly Of Materials, For A Period Consistent With The Warranty Granted For The Materials. The Contractor Must Provide Free Technical Service During The Warranty Period. Contract, The Contractor Should Make Preliminary Measurements Of The Rooms, Develop An Acoustic Adaptation Project And Obtain The Final Approval Of The Project By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Complete The Order In The Scope Of Delivery And Installation Of Materials And Perform Acceptance Measurements To Confirm Compliance With Industry Requirements For Each Room (Ending With The Issuance Of Documents In Accordance With Annex 2 To The Swz) Within 20 Days From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Acoustic Adaptation Project By The Ordering Party. 4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
