Canned Pork, Sterilized, Made Of At Least 60% Pork And Other Permitted Substances. Deliveries Of Food Products Specified In All Tasks, Including Transport And Unloading To The Warehouse Of The Remand Center In Hajnówka, Ul. Warszawska 67, 17-200 Hajnówka, Will Be Carried Out Once Every 2 Months/Once Every 3 Months (The Frequency Of Deliveries Will Be Determined By The Contractor In The Offer In The Frequency Of Deliveries Criterion). The Cost Of Delivery And Its Insurance Is Borne By The Contractor. Deliveries Will Be Made On Working Days From Monday To Thursday, From 8:30 A.M. To 12:30 P.M., In The Contractors Vehicles Adapted To Transport A Given Type Of Food Products, Meeting The Legal Requirements For Transporting Them In Partial Deliveries Specified By The Ordering Party. The Minimum Shelf Life Of The Entire Product Range Is At Least 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Partys Warehouse. The Given Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is An Estimated Quantity For The Duration Of The Contract. The Final Quantity Of The Delivered Assortment May Be Reduced, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Depending On The Changing Population Status Of The Unit. Due To The Reduction Of A Given Quantity, The Ordering Party Will Not Incur Any Legal Or Financial Consequences. The Estimated Quantity Indicated In The Table For A Particular Type Of Product May Be Decreased Or Increased Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Provided That The Total Value Of The Entire Order In The Signed Contract Will Not Be Exceeded.
