The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Are Aimed At Maintaining Roads And Road Engineering Structures In Good Condition, In Order To Protect Them Against Rapid Wear Or Destruction And To Maintain Them In A Condition Consistent With Their Intended Use, Including Ensuring Traffic Safety. Maintenance Is The Performance Of Works That Do Not Involve Restoring The Original Condition, But Are Aimed At Maintaining The Road In Good Condition In Order To Protect It Against Rapid Wear And Tear. Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order: Delivery Of Crushed Road Aggregate Together With Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Jugów Forest District, Together With Its Placement In Places Where Ruts, Potholes And Defects Occur, Which Will Consist In Spreading And Mechanical Compaction And Mechanical Profiling Of The Subgrade In The Place Of Placed Aggregate, Mechanical Cleaning Of Roadsides And Ditches In Order To Drain Water From The Road Body.
