Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Technical Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Sports Hall With A Place To Hide People On Level -1

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Technical Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Sports Hall With A Place To Hide People On Level -1. The Scope Of The Task Includes Preparation Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Permits And Other Documents Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit. The Documentation Should Be Prepared Based On The Attached Architectural Concept, Annex No. 1, With A Change Of Purpose Of The Rooms At The Basement Level, To A Place Where Category U-1 Is Hidden, Which Should Be Designed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of November 4, 2025 On The Technical Conditions For Protective Structures And The Technical Conditions For Their Use And Location. In The Investment Area, Design Documentation For The Road System Covered By The Zrid Decision Is Currently Being Developed - Annex No. 2, Which Should Be Included In The Documentation Covered By The Order, I.E. Take Into Account Elevation Ordinates As Well As Link The Communication System Of The Hall With The Designed Roads And Sidewalks. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In A Way That Enables The Announcement Of Two Separate Orders/Tender Procedures For Construction Works, I.E. 1 - Hiding Places At The Basement Level And 2 - Construction Of A Sports Hall With Facilities And Land Development. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes Designing A Connector With The Existing Swimming Pool Building.2. As Part Of The Task, The Following Should Be Performed/Developed: Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, Preparation Of An Application And Obtaining A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party,  Preparation Of A Technical Design In Accordance With The Plot Or Area Development Plan And The Architectural And Construction Design, Detailed Design Of All Industries Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Forms Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454),  Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates Divided Into Construction Costs: - At The Basement Level, A Hidden Place Category U-1, - Sports Hall With Facilities And Land Development,  Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Other Design Works Not Included Above But Necessary For Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement. The Contractor Will Prepare An Application And Apply For A Building Permit (On Behalf Of The Ordering Party) And Will Represent The Ordering Party In These Proceedings Until The Final Decision On The Building Permit Is Obtained - The Ordering Party
