Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Land Development Design - Annex No. 6A To The Swz,3. An Underground Tank Is Located On The Construction Site Of The Playground - The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Technical Expertise - Annex No. 6B To Swz,4. The Ordering Party Is Applying For Funding For The Project Titled: Revitalization Of Urban Space - Recreation Zone At Ul. Parkowa And Ul. Grodzińskiego - Part 1 From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Podlaskie 2021-2027. 5. Installation Of Equipment Elements Will Involve Performing All Works And Services Necessary To Use The Equipment In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose And Function, Including: On Setting, Leveling And Adjustment. 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver Brand New Products, Free From Defects, Originally Packed And Meeting The Quality Standards Specified In The Relevant Legal Acts. 7. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority May Not Reject An Offer Just Because The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. If The Swz And All Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 9. The Offered Devices Must Have Certificates, Approvals, Ce Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity Allowing Them For Public Use. The Contractor, Together With The Subject Of The Order, Is Obliged To Provide The Above-Mentioned: Documentation.
