Tenders Are Invited For 2026 Physical Protection Service For People And Property In The Facilities Of The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Ochota District.
3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is: Physical Protection Service For Persons And Property In The Facilities Of The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Ochota District, At: 1) Ul. Nowowiejska 37 B – 8760 H (2026 – 3672 H, 2027 – 5088 H);2) Ul. Usypiskowa 18 – 8760 H (2026 – 3672 H, 2027 – 5088 H);3) Ul. Rokosowska 10 (Ice Rink) – 1095 H (2026 – 372 H, 2027 – 723 H);4) Ul. Rokosowska 10 (Indoor Swimming Pool) – 744 H (2026 – 624 H, 2027 – 120 H); Total Number Of Hours 19,359 (2026 – 8,340 H, 2027 – 11,019 H); The Hours Indicated Above Are Only An Estimate For Calculating The Value Of The Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Hours Between Facilities May Be Shifted Within The Total Value Resulting From The Contract. 3.2 The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz.3.3 The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform The Key Part Of The Order In The Field Of Physical Protection Of Persons And Property.3.4 The Ordering Party Allows The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Implementation Of Part Of The Order In The Field Of Motorized Intervention Patrol. In The Event Of The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires That The Part Of The Order Be Indicated In The Offer, The Performance Of Which The Contractor Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And That The Companies (Names) Of The Subcontractors Be Provided. Lack Of Information About The Intention To Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Is Tantamount To The Independent Execution Of The Order By The Contractor. 3.5 Entrusting The Execution Of Part Of The Subject Of The Order To A Subcontractor Requires The Conclusion Of A Subcontracting Agreement, Which Should Be Understood As An Agreement In Written Form For A Fee, The Subject Of Which Are Services Constituting Part Of The Public Procurement, Concluded Between The Contractor Selected By The Ordering Party And Another Entity (Subcontractor). 3.6 The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party Of Any Changes In Data During The Execution Of The Order, And Also Provides Information About New Subcontractors To Whom It Later Intends To Entrust The Execution Of The Order. 3.7 Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Subject Of The Order To A Subcontractor Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order. 3.8 Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Directly Performing Physical Protection Activities Of Persons And Property Within The Scope Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Employed By The Contractor Under An Employment Contract, In Accordance With Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, I.E.
