Wojska Polskiego 52C, 56-400 Oleśnica I Obwodu Drogowego Syców Ul. Kolejowa 17, 56-500 Syców. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 44.11.00.00-4 - Construction Materials 44.11.37.00-2 - Materials For Repairing Road Surfaces. 3. Requirements For The Emulsion: 1) Binder Content From 63% To 67%, 2) Viscosity - Flow Time Ø = 2 Mm, 40Oc - 40 - 130 (S) 3) Nature Of Disintegration - 70-1554) The Product Should Have A Certificate Of Compliance With The Ibdim Technical Approval Or A Declaration Of Compliance With The Ibdim Technical Approval. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Opinion Of The Road And Bridge Research Institute And A Certificate Of The National Institute Of Hygiene Confirming The Possibility Of Using The Emulsion In Construction. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To Each Emulsion Delivery A Declaration Of Compliance With A Certificate From The Entity Authorized To Control The Quality Confirming That The C65 B3 Pu/Rc Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Meets Specific Standards Or Technical Specifications (Current Technical Approval, Certificate Of Conformity, In Accordance With The En 13808: 2013 Standard). 6. Emulsion Deliveries To The Oleśnica And Syców Districts Will Be Carried Out Successively, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, On Working Days (Monday To Friday) From 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M., By The Contractors Own Transport, In Single Batches Of No Less Than 10 Tons (When Pumping The Emulsion Into The Zdp Tanks, An 8 M Long Hose With A Pump Should Be Used - The Inlet To The Tank Is At A Height Of 3 M), Within A Maximum Of 3 Business Days From The Time The Manager Of The Relevant Road Circuit Or His Authorized Employee Sends The Order To The Contractor To The E-Mail Address Provided In The Contract.7. The Contractor Will Notify The Head Of The Relevant Road District Or His Authorized Employee (Foreman, Highly Qualified Employee) By Phone One Day In Advance About The Planned Delivery Of The Emulsion.8. The Order Specifies The Maximum Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Intends To Commission At Least 50% Of The Maximum Value Of The Contract Specified In § 2 Section 1 Of The Contract. Due To Failure To Use The Maximum Value Of The Contract Indicated In § 2 Section 1 Of The Contract In Full, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages From The Ordering Party.9.
