The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Sound Equipment And Stage Lighting Together With Cabling For The Princes Park In Zatoń As Part Of The Interreg Via Brandenburg-Poland Cooperation Program 2021-2027.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.3 To Swz.4. The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Delivered Subject Of The Order. The Terms And Conditions Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex I.3 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Quality Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor. The Contractor Who Accepts Equivalent Solutions (Products) For The Valuation Of The Offer Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Adopted Solutions, Including Equipment And Materials. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Equivalent Solution Meets The Requirements Specified In The Tor, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Detailed Description/List Of The Offered Equivalent Procurement Subject Matter, Which Will Specify For Each Solution The Features Enabling Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Solution And Confirmation Of Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Procurement.
