The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Skoczów Along With The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Technical Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Approvals And Permits, As Well As The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation. The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out Includes, Among Others: 1) Insulation Of External Partitions (External Walls And Ceilings Above The Passage/Passage, 2) Thermal Modernization Of Ceilings Between Heated Office Rooms And The Unheated Attic, Thermal Modernization Of Ceilings Between Heated And Unheated Social Rooms Roof Space3) Replacement Of Doors, Windows And Garage Gates4) Earthworks And Construction Works Related To Deepening The Floor In The Garages And Construction Of A New, Thermally Insulated Floor On The Ground, Construction Of Entrances To The Garages With The Reconstruction Of Paving Stones,5) Construction Works Recommended By The Conservator Of Monuments,6) Delivery And Installation Of A Micro Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Building.7) Replacement Of Internal Lighting. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make And Install An Educational And Information Board. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Based On The Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Bielsko-Biała. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works Related To Thermal Modernization In Such A Way As To Achieve Effects In Terms Of Energy Savings And Emission Reduction, In Accordance With The Assumptions In The Energy Audit. After The Works On Thermal Modernization Of The Building, The Contractor Will Prepare Appropriate Documents (In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Managing Authority Granting Funding) Confirming The Achievement Of Project Indicators. The Volunteer Fire Department In Skoczów Obtained Funding For The Investment From The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 4 To Swz. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Attached To The Swz (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz).
