The Order Covers The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Storage Hall For Technical Equipment For The Implementation Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks, In The Design And Build Formula. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including A Land Development Design, An Architectural And Construction Design And A Technical Design With Detailed Detailed Design, Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Prepared Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 8), Which Is A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision. 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Together With All Other Accompanying Works And Obtaining By The Contractor An Unconditional Permit To Use The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose And/Or A Certificate Of No Objection Issued Pursuant To Art. 54 Section 2 Of The Construction Law Or Issued At The Request Of The Contractor After The Expiry Of The Deadline For Submitting An Objection, Issued By The District Construction Supervision Inspector In The Scope Of The Order And Performing Authors Supervision At The Construction Site During The Implementation Of The Task. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty Of Not Less Than 36 Months For The Completed Construction Work From The Date Of Receipt Of The Final Subject Of The Order.
