The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With A Front Loader, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Vehicle.2. The Vehicle Will Be Used For Field And Other Work In All Seasons Of The Year And Day, In Weather Conditions Typical Of The Polish Climate Zone, On Hard, Dirt, Unpaved Or Grass Surfaces. The Average Number Of Hours Worked By The Tractor On The Premises Of The Kielce Village Museum Is Approximately 350 Hours Per Year.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be: Produced No Earlier Than In 2025, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Brand New, I.E. Unregistered And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation.4. The Delivered Vehicle Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Which Also Cover The European Union Market, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights.5. The Offered Vehicle Must Meet The Following Requirements: A) Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, B) Have Approval That Allows The Vehicle To Be Approved In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations For Traffic.C) Have The Technical Parameters Declared By The Contractor In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Means Of Evidence Submitted With The Offer.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Required Technical Parameters And Delivery Conditions Include: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) - Point Ib) Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Appendix No. 6 To The Swz.7.
