1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Cybersecurity Services For The District Shared Services Center (Pcuw) In Kędzierzyn-Koźle And 14 Organizational Units Operated By Pcuw2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cybersecurity Services For The District Shared Services Center (Pcuw) In Kędzierzyn-Koźle And 14 Organizational Units Operated By Pcuw (15 Units In Total). The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages Of Implementation. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Documentation And Implementation Of The Information Security Management System (Isms) In The District Shared Services Center (Pcuw) In Kędzierzyn-Koźle And 14 Organizational Units Operated By Pcuw (15 Organizational Units In Total). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Documentation And Implementation Of A Complete Information Security Management System, Taking Into Account The Organizational Context Of The Ordering Party And The Organizational Units, In Order To Achieve Compliance Of The Functioning Of The Units Listed Below With The Requirements Of: - Polish Standard Pn-En Iso/Iec 27001, Iso/Iec 27002 And Iso/Iec 27005, - Regulation On The National Interoperability Framework (Kri), - Act On The National Cybersecurity System (Ksc), - The Eu Nis2 Directive, - Regulations In Force In The Area Of Activity Of A Given Unit, Taking Into Account Their Current And Potential Legislative Changes During The Order Execution Period, And The Internal Standards Of The Units, To The Extent Covering At Least The Processes And Services Provided By Each Organizational Unit. The Order Also Includes Risk Analysis, Staff Training Related To The Implementation And Use Of A Documented Isms, Monitoring The Implementation Of Security Measures, Support In The Implementation Of Procedures And Technical Advice. The Organizational Units Acquire Full Proprietary Rights To The Developed Isms Documentation With The Right To Further Modify It And Adapt It To Organizational And Legal Changes.2) The Purpose Of The Order Is To Increase The Compliance Of The Processes, Systems And Procedures Operating In The Above-Mentioned Organizational Units Of The Kędzierzyn-Koźle County With National And Eu Requirements In The Field Of Information Security, Including: A) Establishment And Implementation Of An Effective Information Security Management System (Isms) In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard And Standards; B) Cyber Hygiene And Strengthening The Competences Of The Units Staff In The Field Of Cyber Security; C)Zwiększenie Poziomu Cyberbezpieczeństwa Wymienionych Jednostek Organizacyjnych W Zakresie Organizacyjnym I Technicznym; D) Ensuring Compliance With The Requirements Of The Act On The National Cybersecurity System And The Nis2 Directive, Taking Into Account Their Current And Planned Amendments; E) Preparation Of The Unit For A Security Audit Confirming Compliance With The Requirements For The Isms.3) List Of Organizational Units According To The Headquarters Of The Un
