3.2 The Contract In Question Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Its Basic Scope Includes:1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Full Documentation Of Applications For Obtaining All Necessary Decisions.2. In The Construction Part, On The Basis Of The Developed Comprehensive Design, Construction, Assembly, Installation And Finishing Works, Including Land Development, Are To Be Carried Out. It Is Assumed That A Single-Story Building Will Be Constructed, With A Flat Roof, With A Rectangular Shape. The Facility Will Be Constructed In Traditional Brick Technology With Reinforced Concrete Elements (Foundations, Pins, Ceilings)3.
