The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, On The Date Of Submitting The Offer, Demonstrates That It Has Or Will Have The Ability To Conclude An Agreement With The Local Distribution System Operator Enabling The Execution Of The Order Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To Buildings Administered By The Ordering Party - In The Case Of Contractors Who Are Not Owners Of The Distribution Network.4. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Effective Commencement Of Natural Gas Supplies.
