The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For Heating And Domestic Purposes, Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas For Buildings Administered By The Municipal Real Estate Board In Jastrzębie-Zdrój.2. The List Of Collection Points Can Be Found In Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, On The Date Of Submitting The Offer, Demonstrates That It Has Or Will Have The Ability To Conclude An Agreement With The Local Distribution System Operator Enabling The Execution Of The Order Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To Buildings Administered By The Ordering Party - In The Case Of Contractors Who Are Not Owners Of The Distribution Network.4. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Effective Commencement Of Natural Gas Supplies. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of An Appropriate Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party After Concluding The Contract For The Execution Of The Order. The Procedure For Changing The Seller Will Be Carried Out Once Again.
