3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Operation Of Swimming Areas And Ensuring The Safety Of People Swimming And Bathing Within The Guarded Beaches In Jarosławiec And Marszewo In 2026. Deadline For The Contract: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To August 30, 2026, With The Swimming Season Lasting From June 30, 2026 To August 30, 2026. The Swimming Areas Will Be Open Every Day From 09:00-17:00. 3.2. As Part Of The Rescue Services, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Ensure Safety In The Bathing Area In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Legal Provisions For Bathing Areas, 2) Create Positions For Observing The Designated Water Area; 3) Employ Qualified Rescue Staff, In Accordance With The Relevant Regulations Relating To Bathing Areas, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of January 23, 2012 On The Minimum Requirements For The Number Of Water Rescuers Ensuring Constant Control Designated Water Area (Journal Of Laws 2012, Item 108, As Amended); 4) Ensure Uniform Clothing For People Providing Services, 5) Ensure Constant Control Of The Designated Water Area By Ensuring At Least Three-Person Teams Of Rescuers For Each 100 M Of The Shoreline Of The Swimming Area, Including At Least One Lifeguard On The Water Surface Side;6) Organize A Medical Point In The Swimming Area And Employ Staff To Operate The Medical Point With Paramedic Qualifications;7) Secure And Equip Rescue Stations And The Medical Point With The Necessary Rescue And Medical Equipment (Medicines And Sanitary Articles, As Well As Umbrellas, Screens And Deckchairs), And Swimming Areas With Signaling Devices And Warning Signs;8) Maintain Rescue And Medical Equipment In Proper Condition Enabling Its Constant Use And Ensuring Safety, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And In The Event Of Its Failure Or Wear, Replenish The Deficiencies;9) Clearly Mark The Boundaries Of Places Used For Bathing, Including Zones For Those Who Can And Cannot Swim And A Paddling Pool For Children In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of March 6, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2012) R., Item 286, As Amended);10) Place Regulations (Information) Regarding The Rules For Using Swimming Areas And The Method Of Reporting Accidents, Along With Emergency Numbers, In A Publicly Accessible Place; 11) Provide Current Information On Water And Air Temperature, Wave Height And Wind Strength, And Provide Daily Information To The Bathing Service; 12) Set Up Masts Equipped With A Set Of Information Flags; 13) Provide Information On The Admissibility Or Prohibition Of Bathing In Places Where Bathing Is Dangerous; 14) Clean The Bottom Surface Of The Area Intended For Swimming Or Bathing From Any Objects That May Cause Injury Or Other Accident; 15) Disseminate The Rules For Using The Designated Area Water;16) Ensure The Provision Of Information On The Admissibility Or Prohibition Of Using A Designated Water Area;17) Provide Appropriate Means O
