The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Work Consisting In Adaptation Of The Basement Of The Building Of The City Hall In Szczecinek Into Emergency Shelter Places (Mds), In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including: A) Expert Opinion Or Technical Assessment To The Extent Necessary To Confirm The Possibility Of Organizing Emergency Shelter Places In The Facility Shelters (Mds)B) Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design With Annexes,C) Technical Designd) Executive Design,E) Bill Of Quantities,F) Detailed Cost Estimate,G) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works,H) Relevant Permits, Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Allowing The Implementation Of Construction Works Required By Separate Regulations;2) Preparation Of A Set Of Materials For The Application For A Building Permit/Construction Notification And Submission It To The Appropriate Authority, Within 3 Days From The Date Of Approval Of The Design Documentation By The Ordering Party;3) Notifying The Commencement Of Construction Works To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority Within 3 Days From The Date On Which The Decision On The Building Permit Became Final Or A Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds For Objection To The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works Was Issued, If Required;4) Carrying Out Multi-Sector Design Authors Supervision;5) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved By The Ordering Party With Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works;6) Handing Over To The Ordering Party A Facility Ready For Use, After Signing The Final Work Acceptance Protocol And After Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit From The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, If Required;7) Making And Placing An Information Board At The Place Of The Task Implementation At The Commencement Of Construction Works Or Other Activities Aimed Directly At The Implementation Of The Task (In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On The Definition Of Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Carrying Out Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 953, As Amended).8) Granting A Warranty For Defects And A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 60 Months.2.
