The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others: - Demolition Of Fragments Of Sidewalks, Exits From Paving Stones And Concrete Slabs, - Removal Of The Existing Sub-Base And Connection Of Built-In Street Inlets, - Construction Of A Sub-Base Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, - Installation Of A Layer Of Soil Stabilization With Cement, - Installation Of An Asphalt Surface Road, - Installation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, - Installation Of A Cable Street Lighting Line For A Section Of Willowa Street, - Installation Of 4 New Street Lamps With Led Fixtures. C. Installation Of 2 Pieces Of Information Boards Regarding The Implementation Of The Project (Cost Estimate In Annex No. 8) Note No. 1: The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Surrounding Properties At Every Stage Of Construction Works. Note No. 2: The Employer Requires The Works Listed In Chapter Iv Point B, I.E. Reconstruction Of Willowa Street In Rawa Mazowiecka On A 208-Meter Long Section Was Completed By October 30, 2026. The Remaining Scope Of Work Covered By The Task In Question Will Be Performed From January 4, 2027 To The Date Indicated In The Offer Of The Contractor To Whom The Order Will Be Awarded.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Construction Documentation, The Offer Cost Estimate/Bill Of Quantities And In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities Enabling Obtaining A Permit To Use The Project (Including Partial Permits) And To Prepare An Application To The Construction Supervision Inspectorate In This Regard, Provided That These Procedures Are Required By Law.
