1. The Subject Of This Order In The Procedure Carried Out In The Basic Procedure Without Negotiations Is The Successive Purchase Of Fuel For The Needs Of The District Office In Wąbrzeźno And The Organizational Units Of The Wąbrzeźno District.2. The Subject Of The Supplies Is Unleaded E-95 Gasoline And Diesel Oil. Fuel Will Be Purchased At Gas Stations Belonging To The Contractors Network Of Stations In The City Of Wąbrzeźno.3. Unleaded Petrol Should Meet All The Requirements Of The Pn En 228:2010 (U) Standard.4. Diesel Oil Should Meet All The Requirements Of The Pn En 590:2010 (U) Standard And Should Be Suitable For Use In Both Summer And Winter Conditions.5. The Estimated Order (2 Years) Will Cover The Purchase Of: 8,560 Liters Of Pb9 Gasoline And 43,600 On6. The Values Indicated Above Are The Projected Demand Of The Ordering Party During The Period Of Contract Implementation. Settlements Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Quantities Of Unleaded E-95 Gasoline And Diesel Oil Actually Purchased By The Entities.7. Fuel Purchases Will Be Made Successively, As The Needs Of The Entities Listed In Point 5.8 Arise. The Purchase Of Unleaded E-95 Gasoline And Diesel Oil Will Be Made At The Price Currently Applicable At The Time Of Purchase At A Given Gas Station Belonging To The Contractors Station Network, Less The Discount Indicated In The Offer Form.9. The Contractor Will Keep Records Of The Purchased Fuel, Including The Vehicle Registration Number, Date Of Refueling, Place Of Refueling, Quantity Of Fuel Purchased, Price Of 1 Liter, And Purchase Value. This Summary Will Be Attached To Invoices.10. Settlement Of Concluded Transactions Will Be Based On 2 Vat Invoices Per Month: On The 1St-15Th Day Of The Month And On The 16Th - The Last Day Of The Month, Issued To Individual Units (Payers). The Last Day Of A Given Settlement Period Is Considered The Sale Date.11. If The Quantities Of Fuel Indicated In The Swz Are Not Used During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Resign From Further Purchases Of Fuel, Without Any Financial Consequences Or Compensation To The Contractor.
