The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining No Objections To The Notification Of Works / Obtaining A Building Permit, Covering All Scopes Of Works Provided For In The Documentation - Annex No. 8 To The Swz, In Paper Version 2 Copies And Electronic Version 1 Copy; 2) Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities In Paper Version In 2 Copies And Electronic Version In 1 Copy; 3) Preparation Of Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Paper Version 2 Copies And Electronic Version 1 Copy;4) Notification Of Construction Works Requiring Notification;5) Obtaining Administrative Decisions And Arrangements Required By Law;6) Carrying Out All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Including All Administrative Fees Necessary To Carry Out The Works Covered By The Order. Construction Works Will Include Primarily: A) Construction Of Road Lighting For District Road No. 2210G And A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Parallel To It On The Pszczółki - Rębielcz Section, Approximately 1,500 Meters Long, Consisting Of Approximately 34 Lighting Poles With Fixtures And A Cable Line; B) Street Lighting Cabinet(S) Ensuring Lighting Control, Along With The Necessary Equipment To Control And Protect Lighting Circuits - The Control Should Be Implemented On Two Contactors, Activated Using A Twilight Sensor And/Or An Astronomical Clock.7) Exercising Authors Supervision;8) Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation;9) Obtaining The Ordering Partys Authorization To Use The Constructed Network In Accordance With The Construction Law.3. The Detailed Technical Scope Of The Task Is Included In The Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 9) Should Be Treated As Auxiliary And Cannot Constitute The Basis For Preparing An Offer. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes To The Project In Terms Of Division Into Stages And The Adopted Design Solutions, Depending On The Connection Conditions Issued By Energa Operator.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works That Will Prove Necessary To Perform The Task Specified In Section 1, As Well As Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation And All Documents Required By The Agreement. If, In Order To Perform Construction Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Perform Other Activities, Submit Notifications Or Obtain Decisions And Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Activities, Submit Notifications And Obtain The Necessary Decisions And Permits At Its Own Expense And Efforts.5. During The Works, Access To All Properties Within The Area Of The Works Should Be Ensured, In Particular For Municipal Vehicles And Emergency Services.6. The Contractor Will
