The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New Island Laboratory Table To The Active Substances Laboratory In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex A To The Swz. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Requirements Regarding Technical Parameters And Other Conditions Are Included In Annex A To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes Purchase, Transport And Installation To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party. 2. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party - Ncbj Radioisotope Center Polatom, Ul. Andrzeja Sołtana 7, 05-400 Otwock.3. The Order Will Be Considered Duly Completed After All Activities Required In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Appendix A Have Been Properly Completed And After The Final Protocol Has Been Prepared, Signed Without Any Comments By Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 4. The Ordering Party Requires Due Diligence In The Implementation Of Obligations Arising From The Provisions Contained In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. Payment To The Contractor For The Execution Of The Order Will Be Made Once, After Signing The Final Protocol Without Any Comments.
