1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Technical Expertise And Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Assessment Of The Technical Condition Together With A Project Of Necessary Repair And Security Works On Stone Walls And Towers In The Książ Castle Complex In Wałbrzych And Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Technical Documentation. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Sections Of The Castle Walls Marked In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, In Particular: 1) Inventory Of The Existing Condition In Terms Of: A) Geometry, B) Type Of Structure, C) Technical Condition Of Individual Wall Sections, With The Preparation Of Sketches Containing At Least For Each Of The Indicated Wall Sections: Length, Height, Thickness, Photographic Documentation, Location Of Damage In The Form Of Cracks Or Defects Marked On A Drawing Of A View Of The Wall With Placement On It The Drawing Itself And Appropriate Photos Of These Damages.2) Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Walls Along With Guidelines For Carrying Out The Necessary Repair Or Protection Works.3) Agreement With The Wałbrzych Delegation Of The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments On The Scope And Technology Of Construction And Conservation Works On The Walls.4) Preparation Of A Construction Design For The Execution Of The Works Indicated In The Assessment Of The Technical Condition Referred To In Point 2).5) Preparation Of The Detailed Design For The Works Referred To In Point. 2) Together With The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate.6) Preparation Of Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.7) Preparation Of The Conservation Work Program To The Extent Required By Dwkz Together With The Preliminary Cost Estimate Of Conservation Works.8) Preparation Of Photographic Documentation With Detail Enabling The Identification Of Each Identified Damage For Each Of The Separated Parts Of The Walls (Effective Resolution Of The Photo Not Less Than 10 Mpx). All Elements Of The Design Documentation Listed In Points 1 - 8 Above Should Be Prepared Separately For Each Part Separated In Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Marked With A Number). In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Permit From The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments, 2) Submit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Application For A Building Permit To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Construction Design.
