The Subject Of The Order Is: Execution Of Tasks In The Design And Build Mode Entitled: Reconstruction Of Room 418 In The Upwr Reclamation Building, Consisting In The Creation Of Two Independent Rooms And Room 2.28H In The Geo-Info-Hydro Building Of Upwr, Divided By A Mobile Acoustic Wall.3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Room 418 In The Upwr Reclamation Building, Consisting In The Creation Of Two Independent Rooms (Development Of A Construction And Executive Design) And Room 2.28H In The Geo-Info-Hydro Building Of The Upwr, Divided By A Mobile Acoustic Wall (Development Of An Executive Design), Taking Into Account Accessibility For People With Special Needs - In Accordance With Art. 6 Of The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411) For The Implementation Of The Project Called: Drop-Out Management System At Upwr: Monitoring And Prevention, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. The Order Requires The Design And Execution Of:3.1. Preparing And Obtaining Approval Of The Work Schedule For The Task;3.2. Agreeing On The Concept Of Dividing Both Rooms (Appendix No. 1 And Attachment No. 2 To The Ffu) And New Fire Protection Conditions With The Fire Protection Expert, In Particular Regarding The Development Of An Annex To The Fire Safety Instruction;3.3. Preparation And Approval Of The Construction Design For The Reconstruction Of Room 418M Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Decision (In Terms Of Making The Door Opening);3.4. Preparation (Including Obtaining Acceptance From The Ordering Party) Of Executive Designs For Both Rooms, Including The Arrangement Of Furniture According To Conceptual Drawings (Appendix No. 1, 2 To The Ffu) Along With The Necessary Opinions On The Solutions For The Construction Of The Mobile Acoustic Wall In Room 2.28M. The Designs Must Include Interior Color Solutions And Take Into Account The Required Accessibility Standards;3.5. Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Agreed And Approved Documentation, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, Health And Safety Regulations And In Accordance With The Work Schedule Agreed And Approved With The Ordering Party;3.6.
