1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance, Inspection And Conservation Of Oligocene Water Intakes And Treatment Plants With Publicly Accessible Water Intake Points At Suwalska, Kołowa And Poborzańska Streets In Warsaw. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Is To Perform Activities Necessary To Maintain Water Intakes In Proper Technical And Aesthetic Condition And Ensure Continuous Water Supplies From The Serviced Intakes. The Detailed Scope Of Activities Related To The Supervision And Ongoing Maintenance Of Wells, Oligocene Water Intakes And The Treatment Plant Is Described In Annex No. 5 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Supervision And Ongoing Maintenance Of Wells And Oligocene Water Intakes And A Treatment Station With Publicly Accessible Water Intake Points, As Well As Maintaining Cleanliness And Proper Sanitary Condition In The Above-Mentioned Facilities Located At: 1) Ul. Suwalska 13 In Warsaw,2) Ul. Kołowa Corner Of Ul. Witebska In Warsaw,3) Ul. Poborzańska Corner Of Ul. Bolesławicka In Warsaw.3. The Scope Of Activities Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Concerns: 1) Oligocene Wells With Casings And Direct Sanitary Protection Zones, 2) Intake Buildings Housing Water Treatment Stations And Technical Rooms And Water Intake Points Along With Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations, 3) Surroundings Of Intake Buildings Within The Location Boundaries (Sidewalks). 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Justification For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts Is Included In Section Iii Of The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.8. The Contractor Becomes The Producer Of Waste Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Method Of Waste Management Must Be In Accordance With The Provisions In Force On The Date Of Execution Of The Order, The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), And The Act Of September 13, 12012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733).
