1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery And Installation Of 3 Systems Of Stationary Speed Recording Devices (Speed Cameras) On Dw No. 577 In Łąck, Dw No. 721 In Józefów And Dw No. 632 In Słupno.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Part Iii Of The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Together With Annex No. 2 Data Exchange Standard For Recording Devices).3. If The Occupation Of The Road Lane Will Affect Road Traffic Or Limit Visibility On The Road Or Result In The Need To Introduce Changes To The Existing Organization Of Vehicle Or Pedestrian Traffic To An Extent Not Provided For In The Temporary Traffic Organization Designs Made Available By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Should Prepare, At Its Own Expense, A Temporary Traffic Organization Design To Secure The Works Carried Out In The Road Lane For The Duration Of The Services In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision. Management (Journal Of Laws 2003, No. 177, Item 1729). All Costs Related To The Introduction Of Traffic Organization Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Depending On The Needs And Progress Of Services, The Traffic Organization Design Should Be Updated By The Contractor On An Ongoing Basis. The Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Services Must Be Approved By The Traffic Management Authority (Department Of Real Estate And Infrastructure Of The Masovian Voivodeship Marshals Office). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Permanent Traffic Organization.4. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Oc) For Damage Caused During The Performance Of The Contract To The Subject Of The Contract And To Third Parties For The Entire Duration Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 1,000,000. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Provided That Continuity Of Insurance Is Maintained, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies Confirming Possession Of Insurance (Oc) During The Duration Of The Contract, Covering The Entire Period Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of Another Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days From The Expiry Of The Previous Policy.
