The Subject Of This Order Is The Service Of Systematic Mechanical Cleaning And Sweeping Of Streets, Squares, Parking Lots, Bicycle Paths, Sidewalks And Washing With A Karcher Promenade And Underpasses In The City Of Leszno Every Day, From Monday To Saturday For 8 Hours Each Day, Between 06:00 And 20:00 - Excluding Public Holidays (I.E. Sundays And Holidays). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Determination Of The Subject Of The Order According To Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv:90610000-6 - Street Cleaning And Sweeping Services90612000-0 - Street Sweeping Services 90910000-9 - Urban Or Rural Cleaning And Sanitation Services And Related Services4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage The Waste Generated As A Result Of Activities Carried Out Under The Contract On Its Own And Will Be Obliged To Submit, Before Signing The Contract: A) An Agreement With Another Entity With An Appropriate Permit In The Field Of Waste Processing, To Which It Intends To Transfer Waste Resulting From Emptying Bins Or Removing Weeds And Green Waste, About Its Readiness To Accept Them, B) Indication Of The Entry Number In The Register Of Entities Introducing Products, Packaged Products And Waste Management Kept By Marshals Voivodeships – The So-Called Bdo.5. The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out A Site Visit.6. Each Vehicle In Which The Contractor Will Provide The Service Must Be Equipped With A Global Positioning System Navigation Device, The So-Called Gps Enabling Ongoing Monitoring Of The Vehicles Position, As Well As Data Recording In An External Memory System. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Install Such Devices No Later Than June 1, 2026. The Costs Of Operating The Gps System Are Covered By The Contractor. 7. Each Time Before Issuing A Monthly Invoice, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Written Summary Of The Works Carried Out In The Month To Which The Invoice Relates, Including The Frequency Of Work Performed In A Given Location And Attaching A Gps Printout For A Given Month. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance For Its Business Activities Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Policy Together With Confirmation Of Premium Payment Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Upon Request.9. Within The Scope Of The Task Described In Point 1 Of This Chapter Of The Swz, The Ordering Party Provides For The Services Referred To In This Point As Part Of The Basic Contract And Under The Option Right, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Pzp.10 Act. The Contractor Will Be Obliged, After Receiving A Written Notice From The Ordering Party, To Provide The Services Indicated In Annex 1 To The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), Covered By The Option Right, For A Maximum Of 4 Hours A Day, From Monday To Saturday, Excluding Public Holidays (I.E.
