Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Brand New Modular Laboratory Platform For Electronics With Measuring Equipment To The Electronic Science Plant In Wrocław - Divided Into 2 Tasks

1. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Brand New Teaching Aids In The Field Of Analog And Digital Electronics Enabling The Performance Of Projects, Experiments And Tests Using Modules (Experimental Boards) On One Platform (Hereinafter Referred To As Sets), I.E.: A) Teaching Station (Base Station Enabling The Connection Of Educational Modules) - 16 Pieces B) Educational Modules (Analog And Digital) - 432 Pieces To The Electronic Science Plant, Ul. Braniborska 57, 53-680 Wrocław (Hereinafter Referred To As The School).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Spreadsheet With Opz For Task 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz 1).3. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Transport The Subject Of The Order, Unload It And Bring It To The Indicated Rooms In The School (The Delivery Will Be Made Directly To The School) And Clean Up Any Waste And Impurities Resulting From The Delivery And Remove Any Damage.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Sets Be Brand New, Unused And Undamaged.5. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Include All Accessories And Additional Equipment Indicated In Opz1.6. The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Presented In Opz1 Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party8. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Packed In A Way That Protects It Against Damage. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party At The Place Of Delivery, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol.9. Delivery Should Be Made Only On Working Days From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., Excluding Saturdays - Or On Another Date Approved By The Ordering Party.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Delivery Date (Day) Directly With The Ordering Party.11. Due To The Fact That The Recipients Of The Order May Include, Among Others, People With Disabilities, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Equipment Can Be Appropriately Adapted To Enable Its Use Also By Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired And Mobility Impaired Persons.12. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report (The Detailed Scope Of The Warranty Along With The Product Range It Applies To And The Warranty Conditions Are Specified In Opz1).
