The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Development Of Digital Services In The Clinical Center Of Gynecology, Obstetrics And Neonatology In Opole - Task No. 9, 11 Co-Financed Under The National Plan For Reconstruction And Increasing Resilience, Action D1.1.2. Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle. If The Subject Of The Order Includes Or May Include An Ict Product, Ict Service Or Process Ict, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Only Such Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes That, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers: 1) Are Not Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Do Not Include An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision.
