Furniture, Toys, Equipment - Must Fully Comply With The Regulations And Standards Specified By Polish Law Regarding The Safety Of Their Use, In Particular Their Use By Children, And Must Be Approved For Sale In The Republic Of Poland. All Elements Of The Delivery Item Must Have Certificates And Approvals Allowing For Use In The Nursery. They Must Meet Eu Standards And Have Safety Certificates, And Must Have The Ce (Toys) Safety Mark Or Equivalent. The Offered Items Cannot Be Made Of Materials That Could Pose A Threat To Childrens Health During Normal Use And For Their Intended Purpose. The Delivery Items Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Encumbrances Of Third Party Rights, And The Contractor Will Have Documents Confirming (In Polish) That They Have Been Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Law. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Will Present A Complete Set Of Documents (Including Approvals, Certificates). 2. Equivalence: In Relation To All Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems And Certificates Indicated And Required In The Swz, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.
