1. Part No. 1 - Purchase Of Extension Of Technical Support And Updates For The Nac System For A Period Of 1 Year.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Lot No. 1 Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1. To Swz.3. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Pointed To The Manufacturers Specific Software. The Ordering Partys Indication Of Specific Software Is Dictated By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, Because The Ordering Party Is Currently Using Previously Purchased And Still Used Software, For Which Only The Extension Of Technical Support Is Purchased In This Procedure.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Data Regarding The Offered Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Name Or Number Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract Or Other Information Clearly Defining The Subject Of The Contract - According To The Part. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Lack Of Information In The Offer To Clearly Identify The Offered Product As Non-Compliance With The Content Of The Swz And Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.6. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming (Security Service License) The Provision Of Manufacturers Technical Support For The Nac System Within Three [3] Business Days Before The Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of The Technical Support Service Or On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, If The Contract Is Signed After May 11, 20267. The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of The Document (Security Service License) Referred To In Point. 4.1 Swz (Respectively To The Part) Confirming The Provision Of Technical Support Using Electronic Means Available On The Contractors Side, Provided That The Ordering Party Will Have Electronic Means Enabling Their Receipt.
