The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment Together With Works And Accompanying Works. 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Complete Furniture And Auxiliary Equipment Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. As Part Of The Works And Accompanying Works, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Deliver And Manufacture Custom-Made Furniture To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1, 2) Prepare The Wall Surface For Finishing To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1, 3) Deliver And Install Wall Finishing (Painting, Wallpapering, Wall Panels Made Of Furniture Cladding) To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1, 4) Delivery And Installation Of Decorative And Display Elements (Strips, Acoustic Panels, Display Systems) To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 5) Delivery And Performance Of Accompanying Installation Works (Installation Of Lighting In Furniture) To The Extent Indicated In Annex No. 1 6) Performance Of Cleaning Works After Completion Of The Works (Cleaning, Waste Disposal), 7) Performance Of Final Adjustments (Stability Check, Leveling, Corrections). 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Furniture And Other Elements To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, To The Place Specified In Detail By The Ordering Party. The Delivery Also Includes Loading, Transport, Unloading And Bringing The Furniture And Other Elements To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement In The Building Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located At The Ordering Partys Registered Office, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Agreement.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Work To Be Performed At The Ordering Partys Headquarters On Working Days, Monday To Friday, From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Partys Authorized Representative, Referred To In § 14 Section 1 Point 1) Of The Agreement And The Entity Referred To In § 2 Of The Agreement. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure The Rooms In Which The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Carried Out, In Compliance With Applicable Legal Provisions, And To Secure The Property Located In The Rooms, Maintain Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions, And Remove Unnecessary Waste On An Ongoing Basis.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Law And Order During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement
