The Documentation Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Content Of: 1) Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz; 2) Architectural Concept, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; In Particular, The Following Should Be Maintained: - Basic Technical Parameters (Dimensions, Volume, Area, Number Of Floors), - Location, - Architectural Solutions, Both In Terms Of Façade Design And Interior Design, - Layout, Purpose And Dimensions Of The Rooms, - Standard Of Finishing Materials, - Cost Assumptions, With Exceptions To The Above Allowed Only Subject To The Approval Of The Ordering Party.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design Of The Underground Floor Of The Building With An Area Corresponding To The Ground Floor, Where A Place Of Emergency Shelter Within The Meaning Of Art. 84 Of The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense. A Place Of Emergency Shelter Should Be Designed Taking Into Account The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter.5.
