The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For The Jastarnia Commune Using The Contractors Own Equipment, Including A Truck With A Capacity Of Min. 7.5 T With The Possibility Of Loading A Container With Dimensions Of 5.0 X 2.3 X 1.0 M (Lbh), A Delivery Van With A Box Body With A Permissible Total Weight Of 3.5 T And A Truck Adapted To Transport Waste (Garbage Trucks) With A Permissible Total Weight Of 3.5 To 5.0 T. The Contractors Task Will Be To Transport, Among Others: Construction Materials, Materials And Equipment For Swimming Pool Equipment, Earth Masses, Mixed Municipal Waste, Wood And Branches, Flood Protection Equipment, Loading And Unloading Of The Transported Above-Mentioned Items. Materials And Equipment. Transport Will Take Place Within The Jastarnia Commune And To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, But No Further Than 150 Km From The Borders Of The Jastarnia Commune. The Tasks Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Telephone Notifications From An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party. Telephone Notifications May Concern The Transport Of Waste, Excluding Hazardous Waste And Threats To The Natural Environment, As Well As Support For Municipal Employees During Flood Prevention Actions And The Elimination Of Other Local Threats. The Cost Of Waste Management Is Borne By The Ordering Party Under A Separate Agreement.
