Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Cybersecurity Training For Employees Of The Ug Drużbice And The School And Kindergarten Complex In Drużbice - As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government - Ug Drużbice Project, Stage Ii

4.1. The Subject Of This Order Is To Conduct Cybersecurity Training For Employees Of The Drużbice Commune Office And The School And Kindergarten Complex In Drużbice.4.2. The Order Consists Of Three Tasks: 4.2.1. Task I - Cybersecurity Training Dedicated To Management Staff (Maximum 1 Group - Training Time: 2 Hours/Group): 4.2.2. Task Ii - Cybersecurity Training Dedicated To Employees (Maximum 3 Groups - Training Time 2 Hours/Group); 4.2.3. Task Iii - Providing A Training Platform For A Period Of 1 Calendar Year (A Series Of At Least 9 Training Courses Aimed At Consolidating And Increasing The Level Of Knowledge In The Area Of ​​Cybersecurity).4.3. The Training Will Include In Particular:4.3.1. Issues Related To Information Security And Cybersecurity,4.3.2. Goals And Threats Related To Information Security;4.3.3. Threats Resulting From Employees Conduct,4.3.4. Example Attacks In Public Sector Entities,4.3.5. Internet (Social) Identity,4.3.6. Use Of Artificial Intelligence In A Public Entity (Benefits And Threats), 4.3.7. Methods Of Proceeding In The Event Of An Incident.4.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Online, At The Headquarters Of The Drużbice Commune Office Or At A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party After Prior Arrangement Of A Convenient Date.4.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Scope Of Training And Training Materials In The Form Of A Presentation And Submit It For Verification And Acceptance To The Ordering Party Before Carrying Out The Training Specified In Parts I And Ii.4.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Access To The Training Platform For A Period Of 1 Calendar Year From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.4.7. The Units Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Prepare Attendance Lists Of Training Participants On Their Own And Provide A Place Suitable For Conducting Training, Equipped With A Projector/Screen To Display Presentations In Power Point Format (Applies To Stationary Training).4.8. Each Training Participant Will Receive A Personal Certificate Of Participation In The Training From The Contractor.
