1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Service Of Planting Plants And Their Care Within A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts: Part No. 1: Zielony Ryn - Atmospheric City - Lake Ryńskie Waterfront Promenade. The Order Within This Part Was Divided Into Two Tasks: Task No. 1: Planting Plants. Task No. 2: Plant Care In The Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. Task No. 1. The Scope Of Task No. 1 Includes: As Part Of The Task Implementation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Plant Plants In The Planned Area. Flowerbeds Located At The Waterfront Of Ryńskie Lake, In Particular For: Removal Of Existing Formed Shrubs; Preparation Of The Area For Planting, Including Appropriate Preparation Of The Ground; Planting Of Perennial Plants On The Entire Surface Of The Flower Beds; Use Of Nursery Mats And Mulching With Bark On The Flowerbeds; Planting Of Low Perennial Plants Without The Use Of Nursery Mats, Using Bark Mulch; Construction Of Two Paths Gravel Paths Constituting Access To The Piers. All Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Scope Of Task No. 2 Includes: Within A Period Of 36 Months, The Contractor Will Perform The Necessary Care And Maintenance Procedures To Ensure The Proper Development Of The Planted Plant Material, In Accordance With The Provisions In The Design Documentation. The Costs Of Utility Consumption During The Order Execution And Maintenance Period Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Submit For The Ordering Partys Approval A Material Schedule Of Greenery Maintenance Works, Covering A Period Of The Next 36 Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance. Each Time The Contractor Is Present At The Work Site, It Must Be Documented In The Attendance Log Kept By The Ordering Party.
