The Subject Of The Order Is The Guarding (Supervision) Service Of Facilities Managed By The Daleszyce Forest District And Included In The Seed And Nursery Farm In Suków, I.E.: - Seedlings Storage Building, - Seed Storage Building, - Workshop And Warehouse Building, - Sowing Hall Building, - Administrative And Social Building, - Training Building, - Pumping Station Building, - Six-Aisle Tent Foil, - Tin Water Tanks 3 Pcs., - Open Tank For Rainwater, - Breeding Fields 5 Pcs. With Ramps 5 Pcs., - Fencing Of Underground Tanks For Liquid Gas, - Generator, Power Generator, - Water Intake Wells 3 Pcs., - Stormwater Pumping Station, - Power Substation, - Squares, Roads, Sidewalks, - Nursery Fence, To Protect Property Against Theft, Burglary And Devastation.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Follows: The Contractor Will Delegate At Least 1 Person To Work At The Ordering Partys Facility Every Day, Who Will Secure The Facility From Monday To Friday From 3:00 P.M. To 7:00 A.M. The Next Day, And On Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays And Other Non-Working Days Agreed With The Ordering Party - 24 Hours A Day. In Order To Avoid Any Doubts, The Parties Agree That The Service Will Be Provided Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract (I.E. From June 1, 2026, From 3:00 P.M. Changes To Supervision Hours Will Not Affect The Amount Of Remuneration For The Contractor.1.3. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of Persons Assigned To Carry Out The Order At The Gns Premises In Suków. Persons Indicated By The Contractor Will Undergo A One-Time Training Organized By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Its Employees And Contractors With Any Other Training Required By Applicable Regulations.1.4. The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience And Human And Technical Potential - Guaranteeing Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.1.5.
