Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Teaching Aids: Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Of The Primary School Building In Radostowo Pół In Order To Implement The Task: Creation Of 20 Care Places As Part Of Active Maluch 2022-2029

1) Part 1 – Furniture, Textiles, Interior Design, Tableware And Other Furnishings9. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Respectively For The Part It Concerns.1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Purchase, Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment, Devices, Equipment, And Assistance For Conducting Care, Educational And Educational Activities As Part Of The Project: Reconstruction Of Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Primary School Building In Radostów Trzeci In Order To Implement The Task Entitled Creation Of 20 New Care Places Under The Active Maluch 2022-2029 Program At The Bajkolandia Childrens Club In Czastary, Radostów Pół 53 In Assortment, Quantities And On The Terms Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Depending On The Part It Concerns.2. The Delivered Assortment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged And Free From Third Party Rights. The Delivered Assortment Must Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs. Each Item Of The Order Must Have The Ce Marking, And Each Toy Must Comply With The En71 Standard Or Equivalent.3. Organization Of Transport And Responsibility For The Transport Of The Subject Of The Order To The Bajkolandia Childrens Club In Czastary - Radostów Młodych 53, Unloading Of The Order And Its Assembly In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And The Related Costs Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor;4. The Contractor Will Secure The Subject Of The Order During Transport In The Following Way: Delivery Items Will Be Delivered In Original Packaging, Additionally Protected Against Damage During Loading, Transport And Unloading;5. The Installed Toys And Devices Must Be Suitable For Children Under 3 Years Of Age. They Must Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates. 6. All Devices, Toys And Equipment Delivered Under The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Must Be Made Of Safe And Durable Materials And Be Brand New And Cannot Be Post-Exhibition Or Post-Exhibition Items.7. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Together With The Equipment, With All Necessary Instructions For Use, Certificates Of Compliance Required By Law And Warranty Documents In Polish. In Addition To Delivering The System, The Contractor Will Also Ensure Its Proper Installation, Commissioning, Initial Configuration And Training Of The Employers Staff.
