Expression of Interest for Energy Performance Contracting Project for Building Retrofit Project for Community Development Authority Located in Dubai. Al Etihad Energy Services LLC (Etihad ES) formally announces the commencement of a competitive process to select an Energy Services Company (ESCO) or consortium (registered with RSB Dubai) to participate in an Energy Efficiency Project For Building Retrofit Projectfor Community Development Authority located in Dubai (The Project). The Project will be handled by Etihad ES on behalf of client. The Project will comprise the design and implementation of energy conservation measures, savings guarantee, maintenance, and measurement & verification for assigned facilities. All interested parties which have experience of undertaking similar projects are invited to participate and are requested to submit an expression of interest (EOI) no later than 10:00 am on April 24rd, 2026. The EOI must include the company name, contact person, address, telephone number, mobile number, and email address of the bidder. All future communication regarding the Project will be addressed to the specified contacts persons of the submitting party. Upon receipt of the EOI, the selected Companies shall be notified for issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Tender Fee to participate in this tender is AED 1,050.
