Tenders are invited for site Catering Services. Scope of Service: 1. Provision of daily lunch for 50-60 staff members, delivered and served at The Carter Center Juba town office premises every Monday through Friday. Service should include food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup, with adherence to hygiene and quality standards. 2. The lunch service involves varieties of South Sudanese, Lebanese, Indian, intercontinental and Ethiopian dishes as stated in the RFQ annexed below. Eligibility Criteria: Interested parties must submit: Company profile Valid business registration and operating license. Certificate of registration Tax clearance certificate or equivalent. Article of association page that displays ownership breakdown. Evidence of past performance in similar supply contracts and a minimum of 2 recommendations. Official Business physical, postal, telephone, and email addresses Product catalog or specifications. Manufacturer authorization (if applicable). Bank Statement for the last 6 months. Delivery timelines and capacity. Submission Guidelines: All bids must be submitted in English. All application documents must be enclosed in a single large outer envelope clearly labeled with the reference number. Documents must be submitted physically to the Carter Center Office in Juba Town, opposite World Focus or adjacent to Alices apartment. Late submissions will not be considered. Feedback to successful/unsuccessful Applicants: Successful applicants will be advised by email within four (4) weeks from the date of closure of receipt of their application. In case you submit bid document but dont hear from us in 4 weeks after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful; no separate or individual communication shall be made by the Carter Center to the unsuccessful bidder(s).
