The Purpose Of This Public Proposal Is To Contract A Training Service Corresponding To The “Training Program: Design Of Experiences And Services In Customer Service”, Aimed At Officials Of The Health Department Of The Municipality Of Huechuraba. The Service Includes The Execution Of A Unique Line Of Training Products, Consisting Of Four Closed Courses: • Course N°1: Basic Concepts Of Services And Patient Experiences. • Course N°2: Basic Concepts Of The Patient Journey. • Course N°3: First Contact, The Role Of Administrative Personnel In Primary Health Care. • Course N°4: Design Of Patient Journey Through Health Establishments. The Courses Are Aimed At The Development Of Technical, Directive And Management Skills Linked To The Design And Improvement Of The User Experience In The Community Health Network.
